Nice scrub, smell could be better
I received the blue agave baking soda acne scrub complimentary from topbox circle in exchange for my review. I Incorporated the biore blue agave baking soda acne scrub into my skincare routine for the night time. I have some acne and acne prone skin. The exfoliation isn't too harsh on my skin, it's just right. It also did not make me purge. There is a nice cooling sensation when using the acne scrub. It did not dry out my skin too badly. Ultimately, I do like this acne scrub, although I do wish that this scrub smelled better. It's got a funky ish smell. I can look past but it's probably the only thing I wish was different about the acne scrub. #ad #freesample

Gentle Scrub
PROS: Great scent (smells like grapefruit!); nice light/ almost creamy type consistency; lathers well; gently exfoliates; didn’t find it irritating (sometimes my skin gets inflamed when I use scrubs); seemed to tame my blemishes; like that it has baking soda!
CONS: My only complaint so far is that it didn’t rinse as well as I would like.
VERDICT: This is a good scrub/exfoliant. In regards to how it’s a “acne scrub” though, I don’t think I would personally use a exfoliant/ scrub when my face is breaking, as it (my face) gets sensitive especially during that time of the month and during any acne outbreaks. I think I will stick to my biore baking soda foaming cleanser for breakouts. But as a bi-weekly scrub for general use – this is a great, gentle one!

Awesome deep cleansing scrub
I received this product for free in lieu of a honest review courtesy of topbox.
This scrub is awesome. I was a little wary of the salicylic acid in it because typically products with it dry me out.
However this product did not. In fact, I found it made my skin feel plump,smooth & refreshed. And for the winter time, this is amazing.
There was a really nice cooling affect as well which I thoroughly enjoy.
The scrub component is really nice. It's not super fine but its not extremely coarse. It gives you a really great scrub.
The smell of the product has notes of orange/other citrus fruits. I'm indifferent to it, however it's not overly citrusy/heavy scented. Just be cautious if you have sensitivities.

A great acne scrub
upon opening of the scrub the scent of the baking soda acne scrub was incredible. it smelled amazing!! I read the instructions and started to use it. the exfoliant beads were a bit rough on my skin but they did disintegrate when i kept rubbing. it cleaned my face very well and the delicious scent remained on my hands and face even after which was amazing. My skin was a bit dry after use but not as bad as other exfoliants. It got rid of the oil very well and i felt like my pores were breathing probably due to the deep clean! I did get this product free for my honest opinion.

Love this scrub!!
I received this #freeproduct #topboxcircle to try. I normally use a scrub-based cleanser eaxh day so I was very excited to receive this. I used it in the morning at the start of my day and was pleasantly surprised by the smell. It has a slight scent of citrus which is quite refreshing. The scrub isn't too harsh and the cleanser portion makes a nice lather. My skin did feel very clean after using this and almost instantly looks brighter and my pores did appear less noticable as well. I believe anyone who doesn't have sensitive skin could use this scrub, I really enjoyed it.

Invigorating butwish it was more ‘scrubby’
I recieved this as a #freeproduct from topbox circle.
Only used it a couple times but I am quite enjoying it. It is nice cooling on the skin and smells citrusy making it a nice way to wake up in the morning in the shower. I am trying the baking soda foam wash aswell and so far the two products havent made me break out which is unusal for me when I try new products.
I wish it was more scrubby and it is disappointing that the exfoliating beads are synthetic. To really make sure The 2% salicylic acid penetrates I leave it on like a masque in the shower. Very refreshing.

Very good cleanser for regular use
I received this cleanser for my review.
I like the fresh smell and texture. It is a pretty good cleanser and washes out very well. Skin feels soft and refreshed. It has not many granules, so it doesn't really feel like its scrubbing anything. It is too gentle for my liking. However it cleans very well including oil and make up. I feel that I would definitely prefer a bit harder exfoliation. It does clean pores, and I hope to see more results after using it for a longer period of time.
I would recommend this cleanser as every day or every second day as a routine.

A little too creamy and not enough grit
Note: I received this product for free for testing purposes.
I love me a good scrub, but this one was a little disappointing. I found it a bit too creamy, like lotion, and the exfoliants were rather dull and lacking. I enjoy a scrub that can really scratch at the skin and leave my face with that tight, plump, smooth feeling afterwards. I don’t get that so much with this one. However, I do enjoy that cooling sensation on my skin when you let it sit there for a while. I think people who prefer a more gentle scrub would enjoy this, but for me, the tougher the better.
