Acne Control!
I got this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox which I was super excited about. I have combination and acne-prone skin so their oil-free formula is ideal for me. Although it is a scrub, the grainy texture is very light and does not cause irritation or over drying of the skin. The product is of a gel like consistency that is easily spread to help scrub and exfoliate.
After washing it off, my face was left with a cooling sensation for about 10 minutes which I didn’t mind. Definitely left my face feeling fresh and clean. I’ve been using this 2-3 times a week for a couple of weeks now in my morning shower to help keep my breakouts under control!

Works like a charm

I use this scrub in the morning and at night as I have very oily skin and acne prone skin. This biore charcoal acne scrub has been working amazing. It dries up my acne and removes all the excess oils from my face, leaving my skin feeling nice and clean and refreshed. It’s very light weight and not rough on the skin has the perfect texture and exfoliant. This face scrub also has a clean refreshing smell unlike some that I have used in the past. If you have oily acne prone skin I would definitely recommend this face scrub.

A must for oily skin!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using this Biore scrub twice a week in place of my normal face wash. The scrub has small beads in it, which gently exfoliated my skin. I like that it is a 1% salicylic acid treatment, so it's gentle enough to be used multiple times a week, but is very effective at preventing acne and blackheads. I found that this gave my skin a deep cleanse and the charcoal helped to pull dirt out of my pores. I have oily skin and I noticed less blackheads and overall less congested skin while using it. I think anyone with oily skin would benefit using this scrub. #trywithtopbox #gotitfree

Does the job!
I love how this scrub also contains salicylic acid which helps reduce acne! It’s a two-in-one as it scrubs off dead skin while also treating any blemishes. The scent is very pleasant and the scrub is not too harsh but gritty enough to exfoliate the dry patches away. It also absorbs excess oil (due to the charcoal I’m guessing) which is great if you have combo-oily skin type. It leaves my skin feeling very smooth and it has a cooling effect which really wakes you up in the morning! Really enjoy this product and would definitely repurchase and recommend. Great scrub, worth a try for sure!

Usually I am weary of face scrubs as the graininess tends to make my face very red, but this Biore scrub had very gentle grains inside that did not upset my face. The scent was very light as well and not overwhelming. The scrub leaves your face feeling a little bit cool for 10-15 minutes and very refreshed! In the summer, I tend to have much more oil in the T-zone of my face and I find that this scrub helps to decrease the shin in that area! Definitely worth a try! I will be using this much more often from now on! #freeproduct

Great exfoliator!

Pros:
Love how this product does multiple things all in one. It's an acne treatment, exfoliator and oil absorber all in one! Just the right amount of exfoliating beads, enough to get the job done but not over do it at the same time. Has a pleasant smell and is easy to rinse clean!
Cons:
My face gets a bit irritated and reddish for about 15 mins after using it (I'm assuming this is the salicylic acid doing its job). Does seem to dry out my skin a bit more.

I do my best to try and find a solution for my oily skin. Exciting to try this and have for a few weeks now. I would recommend using it 2-3 times a week. Easy to spread, has little exfoliating particles, and doesn't stain the skin. I know that charcoal could sound odd to wash with, but its more of a dark transparent gel product. It didn't irritate my skin. Smells like orange citrus while washing! Take a little extra rinsing to get it all off due to the scurby bits in the product. Overall I would recommend as my skin looks and feels great.

good but not great #ad
i received this #freeproduct from topbox circle along with another face wash. i used this scrub three times a week for just over a week and i personally didn’t fall in love with it. i felt that it didn’t do anything for my blackheads, but my skin felt extra clean when i used it. however, after the second use, i realized it caused a few bumps which i thought it was caused by the charcoal face wash. for those reasons, it was just average for me. i would recommend for the price and quantity, but this product just didn’t work for me.
note : these were the only two steps i changed in my skincare (face wash and exfoliator)
