Smooth away pore clogging build-up with Biore Hydrate & Glow Toner. Great for dry, sensitive skin, this toner is infused with a glow-making blend of Coconut Water, Prebiotics and Lactic Acid. Gently dissolve dead skins cells, without irritating or causing excessive dryness, and prep skin for a dose of healthy hydration.
Directions: Lightly saturate a cotton pad and gently sweep across freshly cleansed face and neck, avoiding eyes and mouth. Allow a few seconds to fully dry, then follow with a moisturizer, and SPF for daytime. Start slowly! Begin using every other day, then gradually increase to up to two times daily.
