Directions: Step 1: Wet wand under tap or in a bowl. Step 2: Roll wand over mascara cake until covered. Step 3: Wipe off excess mascara on tin edge. Step 4: Apply mascara to lashes with wand. Step 5: Repeat depending on desired look. Step 6: Wash wand after each use with soap & water to keep clean between uses. Step 7: Keep Tin closed to preserve ingredients.

It took a couple of times to get the right amount of water on wand and applying it but I am really enjoying the process of it. I find it is a cleaner way to apply since I was the wand off after each use. I am using the wand from my last mascara tube, I did not like the wand from this company but glad I tried it. It is buildable, stays on well and does not irritate my eyes and I have very sensitive eyes. I don't like a heavy application of mascara so what I get with this is a light look that works for me. Love the tin packaging. Would love to see a brown shade available one day

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not perform as expected I've been looking for a cake mascara, so that I can stop using traditional mascara in plastic tubes which end up in landfills. Unfortunately, this product fails to adhere to my lashes, and after curling them, they instantly lose their curl. I tried using a very tiny drop of water in the mascara cake, but it didn't work for me. Nor did it adhere to my eyelids to use as an eyeliner. I tried several times without success. I don't know if it's just this brand or my lack of experience, but I gave up. I will still keep trying to find an eco-friendly mascara, but this product, although reasonably priced, was disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't get this to stay on I really wanted to like this product as it's plastic free, vegan as natural. However, I just can't make it work for me. It goes on nicely and looks good at first but, after a couple of couple of hours, my lashes are bare and the mascara is on my upper eyelids and under my eyes. I've tried using more/less water for a thinner/thicker texture but got the same results.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unfortunately not my fav :( I had hopes for this product!! But unfortunately it was not what I had in mind. I read the reviews and decided to use my mascara wand instead of buying one. But I just found that the product did not give me enough coverage or pigment. I curl my lashes and I found once applying this it just flattened my lashes out. So unfortunately for me this didn’t work.
