They helped me
I bought these specifically to eat a few hours before my pumping session of the day. I had great success with these. I would have only one cookie a day paired with a lactation tea or supplement. The bag of cookies were empty too soon, I could see them being a permanent fixture in my nighttime snack. They taste good and helped increase my supply for pumping.
Now that I have established supply I don't see myself needing these cookies regularly which will help make the cookies last longer in the house.

The cookies are larger than what I expected which is a plus. This is a bag you'd keep at home or at desk, as it is much too large to keep in a lunch bag. The cookies are a bit dry but still tasty given that they are lactation cookies. I found that I would be engorged after consuming two of these so I feel they worked for me. However, it is quite pricey for one bag.

Very impressed!
I have eaten these while pumping for my twins and they really do work! I definitely recommend these lactation cookies. I have also gifted them to my friends on multiple occasions. It is a breastfeeding mama’s must have!

Great as a gift for new moms
I bought this as a gift for a new mom and it's a great way to introduce someone who plans on breastfeeding to the product. Unfortunately I haven't tried the cookies myself since I'm not the mother-to-be but I definitely found the design of the packaging simple and cute! It arrived really quickly and I managed to do a porch drop off for my friend who was excited to try these.

Short Term Booster
These definitely help with a short term supply increase within a couple hours of consuming them but I do find I have to eat quite a few.
A drier cookie with light flavour. Tasty!

These are dry and not the best tasting. I thought they were expensive as well considering they aren't very good. I don't know if they work or not. I doubt I'll purchase again.

Taste really good
I had to stop eating because they caused an over production. They also tasted really good and I could of ate the while bag in one sitting.
