Does help but hurts stomach a little bit
I bought this to make Keto diet easier and it does help. I have had it for 2.5-3 weeks now and I have lost around 7lb (my goal was only 10lb. Also, not sure if it is my diet or this product that makes me lose weight). While keeping me energetic during work, it reduces my carve of food/sugar and makes me go to sleep faster at night (I usually have bad sleep). The only complain I have so far is, it hurts stomach a little bit. The instruction says taking it with an empty stomach and it burns my digestion system. Then, I start with a small cup of almond/soya milk then the product and it solves the problem.
In sum, I cannot say it will make you lose weight itself but does help with Keto diet that will make you lose weight.

I have used this product since Dec 30 on a daily basis and have successfully managed to lose 30lbs in just 40 days so far.
My goal is 40 more pounds (70 in total...I was 305lbs when I started).
The product helps keep me in Ketosis and for me is a very effective appetite suppressant and gives a bit of a boost from the caffeine in the product. I highly recommend it for anyone trying to lose weight via the KETO diet regime. Works for me.

I have only been taking this supplement for 2 weeks, and what a change! I feel less tired, more motivated, and don't have any cravings throughout the day. I have lost weight (5 lbs) since starting, but have also tried to increase my activity, which seems easier. All in all, happy with the product and it's effect.

Too soon
Only been using it a week but if you drink coffee on a regular basis do not take the recommended dose. You will end up getting a caffeine high like your drunk. Start with 1 pill 3 times a day. Seems to work better for me anyways
