This tinted lip balm is made with shea butter, responsibly sourced beeswax and other botanicals plus a softly tinted colour to flatter and nourish your lips every day. With a soft matte finish and moisturizing balm texture, this tube of lip balm glides on smoothly with every swipe. Formulated without parabens, phthalates, SLS or petrolatum, this Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm with SPF is also Leaping Bunny Certified, meaning it is not tested on animals. Directions: Helps prevent sunburn. If used as directed with other sun protection measures, decreases the risk of skin cancer and early aging caused by the sun. Reapply after eating or drinking. For sunscreen use, apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure, use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating, and reapply at least every 2 hours.

Warning: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inaccurate colour The colour of the lip balm is completely different than the one of the packaging. I own the tinted lip balm (non SPF) in Rose which I love and was hoping that the Sienna Rose would be comparable but with added sun protection. Instead, it's purple and I won't be able to wear it outside the house because it looks ridiculous on me. I'm really disappointed in the wasted money that this purchase incurred.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wheat Germ Oil I'm celiac and didn't realize that this product contained wheat germ oil until after having a major reaction. I've used other Burt's Bees lip products with no problem, but for some reason this one contains wheat and it's pretty unclear on the ingredient list, using a latin name that I won't make the mistake of missing again. The one time I did use it, I found the pink shade to be almost ghostly pale.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really pigmentated like a lipstick Really thick and pigmentated like a really intense lipstick that's purpleish. You can't just pull it out and apply it like a chapstick and needs to be applied with precision like a lipstick+lipliner. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good High Zinc content tinted mineral spf lip balm! Overall I really like these. Most spf lip balms are chemical sunscreen and often not broad spectrum. Or, if they use mineral components they are at 1-5% concentration, and I have serious doubts about how they pull spf 30 estimates out of such low concentrations. This product however has a really high zinc percent, I trust these are meeting their spf claim. The colour is definitely full coverage and they look like lipstick. So keep in mind they are not sheer! And because of the zinc they lean satin/matte finish. I find the texture lovely, smooth, and ling lasting. Regarding colour, keep in mind the following. I am very fair (~NC10-15 and lean warm toned) and the pink shade is too light and frosty to me. You'd have to have extremely fair cool leaning skin to make it work. Unfortunately, the "sienna rose" is not at all rose, and is true plum. Too dark for daily wear for me. The line really needs a mid shade. I tend to do a layer of each and blend them for a nice mid-tone mauve. Or, you can apply the sienna rose thinly, but that kinda defeats the SPF purpose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stinky, gluey, expired - disappointing Awful, seemingly expired product. I love Burt’s Bees lip products and have bought many in the past, but this one was not up to par: sticky as glue and the smell was horrible. Must be a quality control issue. Do not purchase!
