Pencil is pretty hard to apply, it does not go on smoothly. You have to run a few lines to get it going. Colour is also very weak (I bought the black which looked more like a very dark brown). As well the price is a bit high and didn't last long as I found myself sharpening it more than other brands. Sorry Burt's didn't like this one that much. Won't buy again.

Best natural eyeliner
I use both the brown and black eyeliners. I love that they're wood so are less wasteful. And I sharpen with a new sharpener and have had no issues with them breaking. They go on super well without pulling on my eyes. They might smudge slightly but compared to other natural brands that are usually mega dry I'll take these any day. Just use slightly less knowing it will migrate slightly.

It's ok
I gave 4 stars not because I don't like them. I do. I find the Black eyeliner is ok, it defines fine, but it tends to run a bit. The Brown one, I expected to be a bit darker, on that one i'm a bit disappointed on the color. Color is way too light for me, so I have to purchase my brown eyeliner from other brands. I hope you guys can make a shade a bit darker than this one. Other than that, I like the black one.

I love Burt Bees Natural cosmetics. The colors are long lasting,with little smudging, which is the best I ever had, in eye make up. A bonus, they are natural ingredients. They are the BEST, to whatever I have tried. I do not get allergies. The mascara makes my eyelashes longer and beautiful. I love the eyeliners and eyebrow pencil. The only thing missing, is other colors, such as in Blue or purple, to chose from. However, I love Burt Bees products. You get you moneys worth. Again, I love Burt Bees Products. They are the Best, to date.

For anyone who's eye liner keeps breaking
If you're having trouble sharpening your pencil, put it in the freezer for 10 minutes! Sharpens great after that

Breaks when trying to sharpen
The wood used for the pencil breaks off as it is sharpened and breaks the eyeliner considering the price I paid for this product..... not impressed wasted half just sharpening it used it twice and wasted half the pencil since the wood cracked off and the liner medium just breaks and falls out. Would not recommend.

great for senstive eyes
Good for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. This product is great for my eyes that are sensitive to many chemicals. It is easy to apply and washes off easily with a hot towel. It survives workouts and is good for all day wear.I also wear contacts and it's not a problem with this eyeliner.
