Excellent help after accident
I was involved in a bad airplane accident, but fortunately my own injury was a long and deep scratch on my forehead. While waiting for the wound to heal and the bandaids to come off, I couldn't really take care of my facial skin. It became all irritated, dry, red, and even flaky. I felt horrible. Friends recommended this moisturizer. And it rocked. It is soft and light, didn't irritate my damaged face in anyway, and the best thing, my skin (of course besides the scratch) came back to normal within 2 days. It was an immediate relief and helped me in a hard time to feel good and like a beauty again!!! Thanks BurtsBees for being there for me!!

Best Moisturizer Ever!!!
I got this item as a freebie when I purchased the vanilla face powder online. I love this moisturizer!! It felt really amazing on my skin!!! I have sensitive skin and my skin usually turns red when I use harsh products. That is why I was on the hunt to find that perfect moisturizer. When I tried this moisturizer, it was not sticky and it was absorbed by the skin quickly. Felt like it moisturized my skin pretty well. I had dry patched skin that is quite sensitive. But I feel like my skin has improved immensely with just a few days of using the moisturizer. 2 drops are enough to cover my entire face. This product is a steal! Worth it!

just buy it!!
Wow! I love all Burt's Bees products but this one may be my favorite. I recently started using this product about a month ago and my skin has been smoother than ever. As mentioned on the product, I use the Sensitive Skin face wash as well and the two pair very well together. I have sensitive, dry skin and during the winter months it is even more difficult to keep your skin soft and smooth. Before using this moisturizer, my skin was flakey and makeup sometimes would not cover up my dry spots. Two days are using this product, I could not stop looking at or touching my face. I was amazed at how smooth it was! Will absolutely buy again.

Best face cream for sensitive skin
At 50 now, I'm battling those lines and jowls showing up. I've tried Olay, Loreal and everything in between for sensitive skin. No luck with any noticeable results after several months of use with each product. I've been using Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream for 4 weeks now, and must say that I see definite results. My skin is smoother and those fine lines have diminished. But what I'm really over the moon about is with those jowl lines that started popping up have disappeared altogether. Wow. I'll be on this cream for life just to keep those jowls away! Very lightweight, too. It is perfect for someone like me who needs a sensitive formula.

good product for the price
I just bought this cream, as this company does not test on animals, and it definitely adds moisture to your skin. It is a little thick, but as long as it doesn't clog my pores I'm okay with it. I'm thirty-five, and I need moisture even though I have normal to oily skin. I prefer no fragrances, and as natural as can be. This product does absorb into the skin, but not like a facial lotion. This product is a cream, and wears as a cream. I do feel as though a good facial cream works better than a good facial lotion for people thirty years of age and older. A cream moisturizes better for aging skin; and moisture retains the skins youthfulness.

Last year (2020), I had contact dermatitis due to another brand cream i put on my face and my chest. It was terrible. I had to use topical steroids to help the eczema that appeared and as a result i got a very dry skin prompt to eczema, I tried many hydrating creams to recover my skin from the steroids but all of them caused irritation and i had to go back to the topical steroids again! BUT i found this magical cream, i use the day and night one, it did not cause any irritation on my face and recovered it all to the point that i do not need to use the topical steroid in there any more!. I will try to use it to hydrate the eczema spots on my chest that are still suffering, wish me luck i hope it works too!

Almost perfect - and no SPF is a GOOD THING!
This is close to my perfect moisturizer. The only flaw for me is that at the height of winter it isn't quite rich enough but for 11 of 12 months a year this is great for my sensitive skin. Absorbs well and isnt the least bit greasy.
A few reviewers here must not have true sensitive skin. Those of us that do know that most chemical based SPF's cause more irritation. Finding a cream to moisturize but not including an SPF is a must for me and this is one of the only ones at this price point that has the sense to leave SPF out. (I do use SPF but purchase one my skin can tolerate from the dermatologist - not one some cosmetics company puts in for me...)
Burts Bee's - please keep making this just as it is!

Amazing results but
The results are incredible. It really does leave your skin feeling smooth, plump, velvety, and rose petal-soft. Just not 100% hydrated.
The application process is tricky. You apply some on your face and before you know it it doesn’t spread very far and you need to reach for more product. It’s probably because the product doesn’t contain silicones which is amazing because silicones are best to be avoided. So it does make it so you need to use more to cover your whole face. Which isn’t too bad considering the results. It just feels like you might need an extra kick of hydration on top of it.
