While the taste is great, the quality is not. I found this lip balm to be incredibly dry and waxy compared to other Burt's Bees lib balms. I had to press really hard to get even a small amount on my lips which was difficult to do without pretty much destroying it. This is due to the packaging being more like that of a lipstick as opposed to a lip balm where most of the product remains in the plastic tube during use. I gave it two stars for great flavour and the fact that it's 100% natural.
