Directions: Begin by applying Mesmerize to your lid using a flat eyeshadow brush, blending up toward the crease. Sweep Dreamy onto your brow bone, blending into your crease with a fluffy brush. Pop Charm onto the inner corner of your eye with a small brush. Apply Wow to the lashline. Use wet for a defined line, or dry for a soft, smoky effect.
