Directions: The Ultimate Fanned-Out Effect: After applying mascara, use the tip of the brush to push and lift: 1. Inner corner lashes towards the bridge of the nose. 2. For a Lash Lifting Effect: Apply the mascara, holding the wand horizontally, from root to tip evenly all over the lashes. Then hold the wand vertically and using just the tip, apply generous layers of mascara to the outer corner lashes only to create a wispy, half-lash effect that lifts the eye.
