Use PlumpLine Lip Liner first to define and shape the lips. You can also fill in the entire lip as a base. You can use a deeper color than your lip tone to add contour, match to your natural lip tone to add definition, apply a lighter color than your lip tone to neutralize, or color match to your lip gloss for a bolder color registration.
Apply Full Force Plumping Lipstick second over top of PlumpLine or bare lips to fill in with plumping, tingling color and moisture. You can use a lighter shade than your lip liner to and contrast, darker color to deepen, or color match to your lip gloss for the boldest color registration.
