Saving Grace for Cystic Acne
I have had cystic acne for years on my chin and forehead. I work in a restaurant kitchen so on top of already having oily skin I am covered in grease by the end of a shift. This is the ONLY cleanser I have found that actually has made a visible improvement to my skin. I love this product so much! No more extremely painful cysts and overall just a much better complexion!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
I bought this product over a week ago, and it has ABSOLUTELY cleared up my skin! I did have a bit of a breakout when I first used it, but I looked into what was happening to my skin a bit more by going to the internet. I found out that my skin was ‘purging’, meaning that the cleanser was just clearing up the excess oils and dirt that was stuck in my pores. My skin is done ‘purging’ and has never looked better. I previously used ProActiv on my skin, and I am so happy I made the switch over to CeraVe! I HIGHLY recommend!

Best Cleanser I have used till date
I have combination skin with problem of white heads across my T zone. For the
first time in years, I have found a cleanser that fixes that problem. My skin feels and looks much cleaner, clearer and softer. Thumbs Up!!! (I strongly believe that how well a product works depends on the skin type).

Bad results
As much as I love CeraVe, I had to stop using this product just after I bought it. I bought this 2 weeks ago and I started seeing acne bumps all over my cheeks and bigger cysts as well that I wouldn’t normally get. It made my face purge and definitely wasn’t the results I needed. I bought this product hoping it would clear my acne and scaring so I wouldn’t have to hide my face in makeup. Now makeup doesn’t even cover it. I’m truely disappointed in my results with this product.

Actually amazing on dry skin!
This isn’t your regular foaming cleanser. The slow-building rich lather is so soothing and relaxing and feels so lush. This is luxurious stuff for dry skin, even though the label reads “for normal to oily skin. I’m absolutely hooked. I do avoid the eye contour because I find that it dries out my undereyes and leaves behind fine lines from dehydration, but it’s gorgeous on the rest of my face.

Amazing product and very good price
Been using this for a month now and it’s absolutely amazing. Removes my make up gently and is not drying at all. I normally use a make up remover then a different cleanser but with this product, I skip the make up remover since it already does that! It’s fairly inexpensive and you get a lot of product !! Do not discontinue, this is a very product !!!! Thanks cerave !

Skin feels super fresh
Bought this today and after trying it out, it was perfect! Very affordable and works like magic. When cleansing your face, it feels as if it’s really getting the dirt out of your face and after rinsing it with water, your face will just feel super soft and clean. great for sensitive skin with rosacea like me!

Love this cleanser!
I have been using this cleanser for several months now and I absolutely love it. I have combination skin and it never leaves my skin feeling tight or dry. My skin isn't sensitive but I find the Cetaphil cleanser too drying so if you've had the same experience try this! Great value as well

Not for my older skin
I was using cereve hydrating cleanser and was very happy with it.My face felt soft and hydrated after using it even before I moisturized. When I needed more and couldn’t find it this past summer 2021 I bought the foaming version and my face got more and more dry. I’m 54 years old.

Finally an awesome off shelf cleanser!
Purchased this a month ago...Covid called for a serious overhaul of my “expensive top line” facial cleanser, toner, moisturizer routine. Will not be returning to it after finding this cleanser. Skin feels soft and clean without the stripping or tight feeling post cleanse!!! Yay!

Left my skin dry and red
While applying this product on my face it feels tight while putting it on and after washing it off. It left my skin very dry to the point it made my skin very red and bumpy worse than before I put it on. I even used moisturizer after and it did almost nothing to help.

Terrible, causes horrible breakouts & strips face
I’ve been using this for no longer than 2 weeks and my face has never been this bad. Incredibly dry, almost painful, and I’ve started breaking out like I never have before. Would not recommend, my face feels stripped and I now need to do damage control.

I bought this cleanser March of 2020 when it blew up on TikTok and was surprised by the results it gave me. Not onky did it clear my skin, but it was remained clear since then!! Yes I have occasional breakouts, but this cleanser is truly amazing

Calming and soothing!

Gentle but effective.
I have sensitive skin but don't find cream cleansers are effective enough. This cleanser is gentle enough for my sensitive skin but effective enough to get a deep clean. Perfect cleanser for me and I love it!

Allergic to New Formula
I loved this product for years. They must have switched the formula recently because I’m allergic to it now. Had a horrible allergic reaction around my eyes. Once I switched cleansers it went away.
