CeraVe Renewing SA Lotion is your daily defense against extremely dry, rough, and bumpy skin. In one month this lotion essentially cleared all the acne on the back of my thighs and butt (some scars remain but are fading). For reference, I believe the acne in these areas was caused by my diet (dairy, sugar) and I applied the lotion each evening after showering. I can't say how impressed I am with this lotion. The acne caused me so much stress and discomfort and now it's gone! I would like to see the lotion in a larger pump bottle.

Great Lotion
I bought this lotion to get rid of keratosis pilaris on the backs of my arms and sides of my legs. After applying the cream three times a day for about a week and a half they are almost completely gone. I am so happy, I thought I was stuck with those ugly little bumps forever. It’s great just as a moisturizer too. Definitely worth the extra cost over other basic lotions.

Seems to help flaky dry skin
I've only been using the product for 2 evenings but it does seem to help to reduce the appearance of dry, flaky skin. I find it non-irritating. I don't tend to like the feeling of lotion, and the transfer of it to other objects, so I only use it at night.
I did wake up today with 3 peculiar prominent small light brown patches that were not there before - on my left hand, right arm and right side of my torso. It's now evening & the tiny one on the fleshy part under my thumb has faded. It would be interesting to know why this happened.
I'll continue to use the product & recommend it unless more brown patches show up, or if the ones that have cropped up don't subside.

Confused
I've only been using this a few days, but on the website it says that tis formulation is non comedegenic and won't clog pores, on the ingredient list on the bottle is contains corn oil and another pore clogging ingredient. I've heard amazing things about this product, but i'm a little concerned for putting it on my face since i have hormonal acne. Guess i'll just try for awhile to see if it affects me negatively

Bumps on arm gone
In only 2 uses the bumps on my arms and bottom have COMPLETELY gone away. Which is crazy because I didn’t know they could go away. I have incredibly sensitive skin and I didn’t have any irritation from this.

renewing sa lotion
this lotion is one of the best moisturizer ive used as i have psoriasis i need something stong but without the sticky feeling after i use it and this one seems to soak in pretty fast and makes my skin feel nice after applying. I have very sensitive skin and someone told me to not use on my face but i had been using on my face for about two months and sure it was a tad irritated but considering how sensitive my skin is im impressed, i now just use this on my body and ive been trying different lotions of this brand for my face and havent found one that works for me the pm facial moisturizer reacted to my face but the original is okay but doesn't give me that refresh feeling i want and takes awhile to absorb.

Miracle in a bottle
I have struggled with extremely dry cracked and bleeding skin on my hands fo 20 years! Nothing worked longer than a couple of hours to soothe them, and believe me I tried nearly everything. After only 2 days, my hands were NORMAL. I use it’s 2x a day, morning and night, and it has REPAIRED them. I’m not exaggerating at all. My hands are soft and smooth. Literally miraculous.

Great but I'm unsure if it's safe for the face
I bought this lotion a month ago and have been using it on my face twice a day. Since using it, my face has cleared up so much! However, I'm a bit confused if it is safe to do so as the product contains ammonium lactate. Upon some research, some sources said it was ok to use on the face and some stared otherwise. Is this product ok to use on the face, even despite it's concentration of ammonium lactate? Thank you
