Did not cover my greys
I bought this product about a week ago and used it on Sunday night. The colour did not cover my greys at all and it's quite a bit lighter than the dark brown labelled on the box. Also, has the quantity of product in the root touch up box decreased? I normally have lots to cover all my roots but found myself scraping the sides to get them all. I am disappointed in (this one time of) using this product. Normally in the past it has been great and I've had no issues matching the colour.
