I haven't used this product yet but have a bottle to try out and when searching the ingredience on this site, noticed it said no parabens no unatured alcohol etc etc and has the real ingredience in a closed drop down menu. Only to open it and read the indregience and see Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben. Literally loaded with them. I dont know if theyre bad or good but I thought I'd share as the outright inconsistency is pretty crazy. I bet people don't normally look at ingredience rather than the effects.

Use every morning in shower
I used this scrub every single morning at the end of shower after my skin has been softened by the water, and then use the 3-step. It works really well and I feel like I've neglected my face if I skip this step in the morning - there really is a difference in how it clears the face for other products.

Gentle and effective
Most exfoliators aggravate my sensitive skin and leaves my skin red for a few hours. This is extremely gentle and I am able to use it everyday. Another bonus is that's it's non drying. I would buy again.

Love this product!
Received this as a free sample and purchased a full size because it's great! I definitely don't use it every day, more like every 2-3 days. It's fairly gentle but still gives a good scrub leaving my skin feel extra soft after using. I have also used it a few times on the backs of my arms as I get rough bumpy patches and it helps smooth it down.

Too heavy
I don't care for this scrub. I find the texture too heavy and it leaves my skin feeling greasy. I prefer the all about clean 2-in-1 cleanser and exfoliator, it leaves my skin feeling both clean and refined.

One of my favorites...
I really like this product, and I would alternate between this one and the Exfoliating Scrub (which has sadly since been discontinued). A little goes a long way and, while you can feel the little exfoliating "beads" on your face, it's not a very harsh feeling. Also, scrubbing hard is not necessary... a little massage over the face is all that is needed. My face feels refreshed and clean after using it.

Have used many face scrubs and this is not my favourite
In all the years of using face scrubs, this one is just simply not my favourite. I purchased it for the first time a couple months ago. Usually I see noticeable differences in my skins appearance almost immediately after using a good quality scrub. My face does not feel overly smooth after using this one either. It's viscosity is more than a 'body butter' type moisturizer and I have a hard time working it onto my skin even in the shower. I almost wonder if it's not gritty enough for my type of skin. It is great for making me feel like I have scrubbed some surface make up off, but does not give me that clean and fresh type feeling. It's a worth a try if you're looking for a new scrub, I do realize that not all scrubs are made for everybody. Would have rather put my money into a different Clinique product that I already know and love.

I use this every other day, at the end of the day and only need to use a small amount each time. It is mild and not harsh on the skin. It washes off easily and my skin feels softened after use.This is definitely a great product.

Great on my sensitive skin
I have super sensitive skin. Scrubs usually either irritate my skin too much or cause me to break out. I have been using this for a few years and still haven't found another I like better. My tip - use the scrub on clean skin. Then after I just use the tiniest bit of face wash to re-wash just lightly after or it will make me break out.

Makes my face so soft!!
I had a makeup session in-store and this was recommended because of scaly skin on my face. I couldn't believe the difference after using this a few times. I used it every day for about 2 weeks and now 3 times a week is sufficient. Amazing product! I've been using this for a year now and I'm still completely happy with this product.

Greasy one
I'm not happy with this scrub as it leaves my skin with greasy residue that does not come off without soap. And even after washing my face doesn't feel clean. Not a "rinse-off" at all. I'm glad that I got it as a bonus for one of my orders and didn't spend money on it. I like Pep-Start scrub much more.

The particles are too big
I bought this product a few times. It worked fine at the beginning. In the past two years or so, I noticed that it irritates my skin a bit. I would recommend to reduce the size of the particles of the scrub.

I love it
I don't use any scrub cream but this one since many years now. I read someone worte that it became garbage since they chaged the formula, I don't know when it was change, was it before I satrted using it (like more than 5 years ago?), it is good as it is now and I use it every ~3 days.
