God send!! Hormonal acne...
I have been struggling with hormonal acne and nothing was working anymore! Anything with salicylic acid didn't work for deep acne or stop it from spreading. So I did some research and benzoyl peroxide helps kill acne causing bacteria so I ordered this. Wow let me tell you, I'm amazed that all I needed was this. Yes at the beginning of using it, you may break out a lot but your skin/pores are purging out. That means it working but after a week or two you really start to see a difference! It cleared my acne hot spots, it brought my acne cysts to the surface over time when nothing else would. BUT use with a moisturizer it can be very drying. Clinique never stop making this!!!! It saved my skin and confidence! ♥ď¸

Bleaches towels...
I have occasional pimples, and use it for spot treatment overnight. It works well to kill the acne bacteria. I find it way too drying to use all over face. And still use a different moisturizer on the "untreated" skin areas. The only huge negative I have for this is that if you don't wash this acne cream off your face completely and dry it with a towel, you will end up with bleach spots on your towels. I've ruined many towels with this before figuring out what was causing the bleaching. Pretty sure Clinique does not indicate this on the tube (no longer have it so can't confirm), only on the cardboard packaging, which I usually toss away without reading.

Good product if you can actually order it
I was pleased to see this this back in stock earlier this spring but see it is out of stock again. I waited years for it to become available last time. I'm not sure I will keep checking this time around but will find another brand to help me clear up my face.

Miracle: cleared my hormonal acne!
I have tried literally every type of skin care product you can think of! Nothing has ever worked. This is the best thing I have ever tried and the only thing that works for my skin. It used to be step 3 in the Acne solutions...(The gel they now have as step 3 does nothing/has no affect on me except dries out my skin) This product eliminates active breakouts, prevents new ones, and also eliminates the texture I had on my skin. I would recommend using this at night time as your moisturizer if you have acne. Then during the day I will use another more hydrating moisturizer (with glycolic acid or vitamin c) as this all-over clearing lotion works magically but is not focused on hydrating. Unfortunately, the product has not been in stock for months....I have tried every single store in my area to see if there's even one left on the shelf and haven't found it. I pleaded with the lady at the store in June to sell me the tester lol...(she eventually did) After I stopped using it, my breakouts came back, I haven't been able to stop them and I know if I had this product my acne would be reduced overnight. So please bring back this product!

I paired this product with Clinique Toner number 3, and Clinique oily skin cleansing bar soap and I have been very happy with the improvement I have seen!! My skin has been horrible the last three years, and I am very happy to say this product made a world of difference in under TWO MONTHS. Buy this!!

Works!! But not for very sensitive skin
Benzol peroxide 2.5% in this treatment and I use it ONLY as a Spot Treatment. If you have oily skin everywhere and large pores with lots of sebum I would use this all over but sparingly. It takes a few days to start working for a long term Treatment. Do not over do it!! A Little amount I'd all you need!! It is a good product, but follow the application process

Good moisturizer
I use this third step of the Acne Solutions three step program every night. I apply it after the cleanser and the toner. I find it is not too heavy, and leaves my skin feeling light and fresh. There is a nice, clean smell on the moisturizer. It have oily, combination skin and this moisturizer does not leave it feeling flaky. I would recommend the three step system to anyone with oily, acne prone skin.

Mild acne treatment
I don't use this on a daily basis, only when I am getting a bad allover breakout (from my period, or junk food). It is mild, but works wonders in a matter of days. It might sting a little bit, but will not dry out skin. A little goes a long way, since the formula is very light. Absorbs wonderfully, doesn't leave a greasy feel to it. But be aware that some products on top of this lotion might get it to clump up into bits.

Great for teens with sensitive skin
Got this for my teen son for his acne and it works really well. Doesn't irritate his sensitive skin and helps diminish blemishes. The only issue is that it's quite drying so you need to moisturize with a lightweight, oil-free product likes the dramatically different hydrating jelly.

After a week of using this, it helped in clearing the acne but after that my skin started getting burning sensation and looked red. Also got rashes all over my face and neck. Not worth the pain, even though it cleared the acne after a week.

That is a solution!

Amazing treatment for.Acne
I followed the 3 step treatment for acne . I started it in February and by June there was remarkable improvement. Would recommend to anyone . However we should be disciplined to have seperate cleaning towels , cottons for the face. Regular change of pillow case too

Skin much improved
I have been using Type 3 3-step products for years and had good skin. All of a sudden I started having several pimples popping up at a time and it's very annoying. I switched to the Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion and the Clearing Moisturizer and my skin has improved so much. I almost never have acne anymore and if I do it's very infrequent. Great product.

It doesn't dry me out but doesn't dry out my acne either. May be the product is rather mild, or may be I need to use it for a longer period of time, but so far (1 week) i don't see any difference yet.
