Impossible to get off- nothing like the old original mascara
It looks nice when you wear it but it is impossible to get off. I used a Clinique cleanser, the eye make up remover and had to resort to vaseline and my eyes hurt now. Unfortunately I am going to throw this out and go back to the original Clinique impact mascara. Yes it doesn't have quite as much volume but you can wash it off gently with zero rubbing of your eyes with any cleanser (I use the redness relief but you could even get it off with warm water). Despite that it doesn't run and wears nicely. I don't think I've ever hated a mascara so much to have only used it twice before throwing it out.

Eyelashes Falling Out!
I really wanted to like this product, as I have been using Clinique forever. This mascara actually does what it says it will do. My eyelashes have super volume and look awesome. BUT...this mascara is making my eyelashes fall out!!! It's extremely difficult to take off this mascara. I've tried soaking my eyelashes with micellar water, with olive oil, and no matter how gently I go, eyelashes keep falling off. Therefore, while I will continue using other Clinique products (last doubling mascara is great also!) this mascara will unfortunately have to go.

Good Except the Brush Sheds
I was really excited to try this product, and overall I think the concept works, but I've found the brush shed bristles non-stop. I wonder if I got a faulty product? It's almost like little eye lashes come off which is kind of yucky. I noticed the second I opened it - brand new - from the box. I may try to request another one as I always use Clinique and have never had issues.

High Impact mascara
Clinique nailed it with the brush shape. Makes application a breeze. Even the tiniest of lashes get coated generously. Yes, lashes do get an amazing impact, however the only draw back is after 1/2 a say of wear, the mascara flakes. Tiny fragments of mascara winds up under your eyes and I have had to put in eyedrops to get flakes out of my eyes. I'd never wear this mascara for a special occasion.

Does Not Live Up to the Hype!
I found this mascara to be very runny and blotchy. I had to use a Q-Tip to blot the excess liquid that would form around my eyes. I didn't really notice a difference in fuller lashes at all. I will continue to use the Waterproof formula which is excellent, long-wearing and very easy to apply. And the Take the Day Off Balm does a great job at removing the Waterproof mascara, as well as any other mascara formulas and other makeup.

Lengthens well but flakes off easily
I bought this because I have thin lashes and it did make them look better. However, it flakes off soon after application so I had all these black spots around my eyes.

Very disappointed
I am very disappointed with this mascara. It is too dry and clumpy. It isn't a good product. I prefer the original High Impact mascara.

Love the formula but it takes to set
I love how black this formula is. Even after one light coat, the lashes look really defined and lifted. The only thing I don't like is that it takes time to set. I am careful to not blink too much right after application, otherwise there will be smudging.
