Best I've Used
This is THE best eye-makeup remover I've ever used, hands down. I have very dry, very sensitive skin and this product is indeed very gentle. It removes ALL traces of eye-makeup in my opinion and because I have dry skin, the rich feel to the lotion is a bonus. I do at least rinse after any kind of makeup removal, if not wash my face with a cleanser as well. I have been using this for YEARS and highly recommend it.

Great eye makeup remover
Why has this product not been available for almost a year? I did an online chat a month ago and was given no explanation, so if discontinuing it, please remove it from your website. Great product, but this is typical clinique. Every good product they seem to discontinue. I may be discontinuing purchasing anything if this happen again.

gentle on the eyes
I have allergy issues and always concerned about rubbing my eyes too much. This product works well with minimum rubbing ... very gentle on the eyes while still doing a great job to remove mascara ! Only concern is that too much product comes out.... since only takes a bit to work.
