Unbelievable
I ordered this end of October and received it in early November. It is now nearing the end of November and I thought it must've been broken, because there was NO way the product had run out that quickly... i opened up the pencil and couldn't believe that it had indeed run out, and the amount of room for actual product was MAYBE an inch. Unbelievable. I guess they added the brush to give the appearance of being a full size pencil. Very misleading. I've had tester samples with more product in them!! This could be a five star review if the pencil lasted longer than 4 weeks. What a disappointment. I feel completely ripped off! Thank God I didn't stock up on cyber Monday

Bring back the Superfine liner!
I used Clinique's Superfine Liner for Brows in soft brown for more than a decade. It was my holy grail, the perfect shade match, and the number of compliments I got on my brows was unreal. Came to discover Clinique had discontinued it and switched over to this Quickliner. It. Is. Not. The. Same. The application goes on terribly, it seems extra waxy and the colour does not deposit well at all. I now have to go find a new brand and a new colour match and hope they don't discontinue it. Trash this product and bring back the superfine liner!

New and NOT improved
Loved the old brow pencil with brush but not this one. The brush is fine but the pencil is too fine and tends to break very easily. For the price of the product this is not acceptable. I will find a different product, unfortunately not Clinique.

Quickliner is NOT a replacement for eye brow pencil
I was told it is a replacement for the discontinued eye brow pencil and it is certainly not anything of the kind. It is useless and I have returned it. The lead is too fine and does not produce a natural brow. I can't image why the conventional eye brow pencil was discontinued -- such a staple in makeup.

Too little product in pencil
Like many others I have a been Clinique customer for decades. I like the new formulation but I find I have to use a new pencil every 3 weeks while the older product lasted a couple of months. I will have to look for a similar cost effective pencil.

Same- losing another customer
As previous client, was using Browkeeper in Warm Brown for decades. It's by far the best brow product out there. So odd they discontinued that and keep this poor brow pencil. This just is not a good pencil. It's hard, doesn't draw well and is gone in weeks. Takes way longer to apply

It works like any other brow pencil
I enjoyed this product. I liked that there was no unnecessary spoolie taking up space and packaging. However, it contains less product than most drugstore alternatives.

Does it's job
I tried this one, it works well I guess. The color was ok and the application was easy. But all in all I still prefer the Lancôme I usually buy.
