Had a reaction.
While I have been a loyal Clinique customer for more than 30 years and intend to remain one, I cannot recommend this particular product. Unfortunately, this cream has caused my eyelids to become flaky, my under eyes have broken out into a rash, and the entire eye area gets puffy the next morning. Have eliminated and then reintroduced at different points and am disappointed to confirm this product appears to be the culprit. Not normally one to post a negative review however, I sent a message to CustomerCare@Clinique.ca per advice of the Clinique chat and have received no response.

Excellent Product from Clinique
This product seems very expensive, but it is less expensive because it lasts a long time and it works! Most people over apply and are too eager for immediate results. The 15ml jar of eye cream lasted me 5 weeks. I used it in the morning after washing my face and at bedtime after washing my face. I use less in the morning. You literally only need a couple time dabs. It helps the tightness when you smile . It absorbs nicely. It leave it to dry and soak on for at least 10 minutes then reapply if needed . Especially if you apply makeup afterward. I'm on my second jar and it's already been almost 3 months!! I now see that the fine lines have softened and the density of my skin is suppler. It might not remove existing deep lines but it stops more from forming and strengthens the skin against environmental impact too

An okay eye cream especially if just used alone
To begin with I received this #freeproduct from #tryitwithtopbox in exchange for my honest review. I only received a foil packet and was able to get 4 uses out of it by being quite stingy, so was able to use it for 2 days in the morning and night. It was nice and creamy feeling in texture and seemed to absorb well initially. Once I used the Clinique Smart Clinical Repair Serum and cream I found that there was pilling where the products overlapped even if I waited 15 minutes between the application of each product. Otherwise this did seem to reduce the puffiness and fine lines under my eyes but I am sure that more prolonged use is needed to see any Brightening or reduction in my dark circles... one additional note, had to be very careful with this product as it contains wheat and I am a celiac so too close to my eyes was a no no and had to wash my hands after application

Rash under eye
All I use are Clinique products because they work and I've never had any negative reactions to the products. This cream has given me a skin burn/rash under my eyes that is so painful and hasn't gone away after 2 months despite stopping using the product.

I used the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye creme for years and still noticed the thin line around my eyes, I changed to the Clinique wrinkle-correcting cream and the lines just disappeared like magic! I love this cream and have recommended it

Burned my eyes
I've used many Clinique products in the past, but this one was not good for me. My eyes burned after about a week and it seems to have compromised my barrier. I looked in the mirror and cried because the skin is irritated and dry and I look 10 years older! This product was not for me. Which sucks because I paid a lot.
