Not working!
I have the same problem as the others. I bought this steamer last year sometime in August and only used it less than five times and now it's not working anymore. The lights are on but no steam coming out. My bad is I can't find the receipt. Not happy with it.

Bought the upgraded model (1550 watts), light turns on, no clear instructions and no steam! I tried for hours. Defective product dont waste your money will be returning for full refund

Doesn't Work!
I thought this steamer last year and have maybe used it 4 times. I went to use it last week and it heats up but there isn't any steam coming out. Not very impressed with the quality.

i wish i did my research
I too fell to the same demise. I think I used mine maybe 20 times, and just as i'm getting ready to use it the lights come on but no steam :( except the steam coming from my ears.

Worked once, now it just moans at me - no steam!!
I bought this one because I like the brand name. The product was used once, and has never produced steam again. It has a definite groan sound, but nothing.
