Steamer not working
I bought this hand held steamer just before Christmas last year. I was so impressed with it, that I bought my daughters and daughter in laws each one as a present. I have used mine twice now and when I went to use it again, now there is no steam coming out. The lights are on and it heats up but no steam. Not very happy about the product anymore.

Yep, same problem
I purchased this item to steam some very wrinkled curtains once and now, 6 months later when I need to use this, it doesn't work. Not happy at all and I wish I would have checked the ratings online before I spent my money.

Breaks easily
When I was able to use, it worked well. But after a little while, the steamer stopped working! The light is on, but no steam comes out. And as I read other reviews, it seems to happen a lot.

Doesn't work!!!
The product worked the first few time and then it stopped working! I am not at all happy with this product and I would not recommend it!

I bought this product to use on my daughters dance costumes. Worked good last season. Took it out to use this season and it doesn't work. So came on the website to see if there was a trouble shooting for it and nothing. That's when I saw all the reviews that have the same issue. Not impressed.

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!I I have the same fabric steamer Model GS23C with the same issue. Purchased in September 2014, haven't used it for 4 months, it heats up and all the indicator lights work and no steam. Read 5 or 6 customer reviews with the same issue and not one response with any helpful information to resolve the problem at home. Instead its a form letter response. My advice is remove the website and leave the customer service insert in the product box with the phone number as that's all the info we are getting off the website

Same thing here - worked 2-3 times then died :(
I bought this about 18-24 months ago, and have used it on about 3 occasions and it worked great. Today when I pulled out and plugged it in NO STEAM! Wish I had read all these reviews before I bought it - didn't figure much could go wrong with such a simple device. Very annoying.
