Brittle bristles
I can't tell you how much I love this brush, and also how much I hate its vristles.They are brittle and plastic, and over time they break off. It doesn't matter how careful I am to untangle my hair before using it, they just don't last.
I refuse to buy a third one in as many years.

Amazing hot brush!!
I've been on the hunt for this product for a long time and I finally found it here at Well!! so thank you! I had mine for several years and it's such a wonderful hot brush for my hair... Love!!!
