The hair dryer looked very good but I couldn't unfold the handle nor could a friend. Well.ca (Erica) was so helpful and I received a full refund without any problems. Very impressed with the company and Erica from customer service.

Not Quiet
I bought this one and took it back the next day because it was loud. I have an older Conair "Quiet Tone 1600" that is really quiet in comparison, but it's dying. I wish Conair still had this kind Quiet Tone of dryer on the market. I have a little one that I don't want to wake up in the morning while I get ready for work.
