Didn't come with the straw
The design on the cup is beautiful and I have other Corkcicle products that I've been happy with, so I decided to ask for this larger cold cup for my birthday. As it's called a straw cup, and the images show a straw, I expected it to come with a straw - it did not. This is false advertising on Well.ca's part. I reached out to customer service regarding the missing part of my cup and the options given were a hassle and unsatisfactory (including reaching out to the cup manufacturer myself to ask for a straw, even though it was Well.ca's error.) They did not make the situation right, even though it was their error. I do not recommend purchasing this item from Well.ca.
