Dear lord it keeps things warm
So happy I bought this, my tea/hot chocolate are now safe from spills and stay piping hot till I'm ready to drink them. Beware of a scalded tongue if you keep the lid/drink spot closed b/c this mug really does keep things hot. Love it.
