Less quantity and decreased quality
I've used this specific 3-N-1 Water Proof Mascara from Covergirl for decades. However, in the past 3 years or more, the quality and quantity of product inside every new cylinder has diminished greatly. Two days ago I purchased another 3-N-1 Water Proof Mascara and when I pulled out the wand from the cylinder the first time, it was covered in a thick, dry paste. Again. Try putting that on your eyelashes? Globs of mascara, clumped eyelashes, it's a mess trying to use it. In the past, a brand new mascara would have more of a liquid-y consistency. What's happening to Covergirl's quality control? How do you measure the quantity of mascara inside of your products? Do I have to start buying another brand of mascara?

Did the formula get changed?
I am a 60 year woman who has been using this mascara since it came out because it never irritated my sensitive eyes, never flaked, clumped or smudged and always made my lashes look great. I’m not sure what happened but the tube I bought a month ago I thought may have been old because thd mascara flakes and smudges like crazy. So I just bought another tube, same exact thing happened.shat a waste of money! Onto looking for a new mascara

Disappointed
I have been using this professional 3 n 1 waterproof black for years. The last 2 to 3 tube's, i have noticed, the product is not the same. There is hardly any mascara in the tube, thinking it was dried out, purchased another, same! So tried a different store, same! Also very thick. I just switched mascara.

Not bad but wouldn’t buy again!
This mascara isn’t horrible, but doesn’t do much for the lashes. I have straight lashes that have had extensions applied for a while, I took a small break and tried this mascara out. It didn’t really lift my lashes at all, just coated them and almost weighed them down. And no , I don’t have damaged lashes from extensions, as I tried another mascara that worked perfectly fine! Spend a bit more money and you’ll get a better product, literally anything else from covergirl!

Formula change. Allergic reaction.
I have been wearing this mascara for twenty-five years. I've tried many others through the years, but always come back to this one. It has always been gentle on my eyes and lasts as long as any of the luxury mascaras. (I have watery eyes. And, nothing truly ever lasts all day.) Unfortunately, something has been changed in the formula, and it is causing an allergic reaction for me. In the trash it goes. I'm so disappointed.

Please never discontinue Covergirl Waterproof Masc
I have been using this Waterproof Mascara for years.. I use an eyelash curler and this is the only Mascara
that keeps my curl all day long.. Other mascaras are to Wet and my eyelashes drop down right away..
Please never discontinue this...
One thing I would like to see is to bring back the Waterproof Black Mascara as you only sell Very Black which is very harsh.. But I use it as Black is not available..

New ingredient that dries out eyes
I bought this mascara because all the reviews say it’s good for dry, sensitive eyes. I just learned that Cover Girl change the ingredients a year ago and have added CARNAUBA WAX. Well, that’s one of the ingredients that dries out sensitive eyes. Great job Cover Girl.

This mascara is okay. It's not great for building volume with multiple coats as it gets a bit clumpy, and I think that even for a waterproof mascara it's really difficult to remove. I'll probably stick with LashBlast or try another brand.
