Crest Bacteria Guard Plus mouthwash kills millions of bad breath bacteria and whitens teeth in 7 days*. Protect against new surface stains and leave breath with lasting freshness. Foaming formula contains 1.5% hydrogen peroxide.

Directions: Adults and children 6 years and over: Do not swallow. Use after brushing and flossing. Rinse toothpaste from mouth prior to use. Rinse around the mouth twice a day for 30 seconds with 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) and spit out. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after use. Use as a part of an oral health program that includes regular flossing and dental check-ups. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing.
Caution: Do not use: in children under 6 years old; if you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth or increased spacing between teeth. See your dentist immediately, as these may be signs of periodontitis, a serious gum disease. When using this product surface staining of the teeth may occur. Adequate brushing may prevent these stains which are harmless and temporary and may be removed by a dentist/dental care practitioner. Stop use and ask a dentist if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.

Pretty fresh

I think this is perfect if you have senitive Gums and teeth. I've been using Crest products for years and I'm always happy with the quality.

Fresh breath and great for gums!

Decent Mouthwash

My only critique is it leaves a lot of thick residue on my tongue after spitting it out, but I just wipe away the excess.
