I am astounded that this toothbrush received decent reviews by others. I purchased it because it was on sale, thinking that it would be a good enough electric toothbrush along the lines of the colgate sonic care one I usually get. Boy was I wrong - this one is huge (extremely wide at the base), clunky and cumbersome to use, and to top it all off, it is NOISY beyond belief - it sounds like a truck engine. I literally threw it into the garbage within days of purchasing it. I replaced it with a slimmer, quieter, and overall better quality electric toothbrush that cost about $10. Do yourself a favour and don't buy this product.

When I first used my new Crest Spinbrush Pro I started to laugh. I don't remember ever being so happy about a new toothbrush, but this one was so much better than my old one. It was a great birthday present.

I had to laugh at myself because I was so happy to have a new and a good toothbrush. I don't know why my old one stopped working so well, but this one was so much better it made me smile. Nice Birthday present.

This is definitely a lower quality electric toothbrush. I previously had the crest sonic spinbrush, which is intended to mimic the sonicare and does a better job of cleaning teeth (or at least feels that way to me!). This one is cheapo by comparison. That one lasted a good 3-4 years, so I recommend springing for the extra $10 or so.

We bought 2 Crest SpinBrush Pro Clean for our young children (4 & 6) to ensure their teeth were getting cleaner vs standard brushing. We feel that the kids are more independent and willing to brush with the fancy spinning brushes! The brushes go through batteries but we use rechargeable and it works perfectly.
