Directions: 1 APPLY, 2 LIGHT, 3 SMILE. Apply whitening treatment and wear for the recommended time before using the light. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product IF you have lots of free time (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Crest 3D Whitestrips with Light comes well packaged with clear instructions. I found it easy to read and follow the directions, and the product itself IS easy to use. After the first use I could definitely see a difference in my teeth. They looked brighter and whiter. I was dissapointed in the amount of discomfort it caused even after one use though. That being said, I do not feel that it is the right product for me. An hour of wearing the strips, and 10 extra minutes with the light was just too long of a time for my lifestyle (I have a very busy toddler, uninterrupted time is scarce).

With this light activation system, I am also getting great results. I wouldn't say it is better than professional whitening, but it is affordable and easy! There is no awful taste and some sensitivity is normal. Also, as long as you are not sticking the strips onto gum tissue, then it is also safe. In terms of OTC whitening kits, I think Crest Whitestrips is a good and reliable choice. I would recommend it for people who drink tea, coffee, and wine regularly, and people who are unhappy with the shade of their teeth.

My teeth are now a shade or two whiter thanks to this. As this kit has only 10 pairs of strips, I used the first one with the recommended instructions, then realized that the crowns of my teeth are quite sensitive to it so I snipped all the 9 remaining pairs of strips into two and applied them to the outer surface of my teeth so as to avoid the sensitive areas, giving me 18 pairs of strips to use. After using them with the light, they have successfully lightened my smile and I'm quite satisfied.

Crest 3D White offers the unique light technology that dentists use, which is appealing. My first impression was the tidy packaging and the product was user friendly. My expectations were that I would see whiter teeth sooner than with other brands. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to whiten their smile without the cost of a professional whitening. The downside for me was the size of the light device. My jaw/mouth is small and it was uncomfortable holding the device in my mouth. I am also a mouth breather, so having to breathe through my nose was challenging as well!

Although I go to the dentist and get my teeth cleaned yearly, it's hard to maintain white teeth. After trying the Crest 3D White Whitestrips with Light I noticed a significant difference in my teeth. My teeth looked whiter and stayed white. It was easy to use and the strips stayed on my teeth for the entire hour. The light fits in my mouth comfortably and didn't need to stay on for too long. Overall, it's a great product for someone who wants instant whiter teeth and have no time to go to the dentist.

This product is perfect for people like me who drink a lot of coffee and was unhappy about the colour of my teeth. I was very excited when I was chosen for this mission because I did want to try something that would whiten my teeth. I haven't tried any other product so to me this was very different than anything else that was out there on the market. The addition of the light felt like I was using a very professional product and not something off the shelf. I didn't find any cons but the a big pro is having the addition of the blue light system used by dentists.

I take coffee daily and it affects the colour of my teeth. It gets frustrating sometimes but I cannot give up coffee. Whitening my teeth is part of my routine. I have used the strips alone in the past and I'm so glad Crest now has a product with both items and it indicates that it is the company's best and fastest whitening technology. After using the product, my teeth feels cleaner and I do see a bits of improvement for the short period of time. I wish there were more strips in the package but I will be buying more of the strips to continue seeing results.

I really wanted to like this product but right from the start I ran into difficulties. Instructions said to use the strips for a full hour before using the light. When was I ever going to find one hour when I was home not entertaining, eating, drinking or sleeping much less for several days in a row? Finally was home one day so tried the product. Much to my dismay, putting something on my teeth made me gag. Tried to tough it out but after 15 minutes could not continue. Love the idea of this product but it is best suited to people who spend a lot of time at home and who do not have issues with things in their mouth
