Sad replacement
Our family has been using this soap for many many years, always to complete satisfaction. That is until last year, somehow the formula changed, I chalked that up to Covid or shortage of materials. So i gave that pkge away, now this year I thought i would try it again, much to my disappointment. It was just like coloured water. Why are we paying good money for an inferior product. So please bury the new formula very deep, never to be recalled or reused ever again. Till i see the old pkge with the old formula i will not be buying dial soap again. I look forward to hearing from someone who has the authority to make these much needed and desired changes.

Why The Change?
I recently bought another refill of the "Coconut Water and Mango" soap, as it has been a favourite of our family's for years. I noticed the packaging had been updated, but I never expected the actual product to be different... I have never experienced such a drastic NEGATIVE change in a product - the soap in this refill was so watery, it flew out of the dispenser all over the sink and hardly lathered up on my hands at all. It's now absolutely HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE CHANGE YOUR FORMULA BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!!!

bad batch?
I really fell in love with the smell and how my hands felt after using this soap when it was in the old packaging. I just recently bought a refill in this new packaging and what happened to the soap? It is extremely watered down and doesn't lather at all, even the smell is very faint. I am hoping this is a bad batch and am going to buy another one to compare. Sad I must throw out the other one in this covid time when clean hands are super important.

Unusable Product
I have used Dial liquid soap products many times before in the small bottle format and have always been satisfied, the foaming varieties are a particular favorite. This bulk product in the bag though was quite another story. I was literally unable to dispense the soap from my glass dispenser. Try as I might I could not pump any soap out of it to wash my hands and I know it wasn't the fault of the dispenser, it has worked fine with every other liquid soap I have ever poured into it. I can only assume it was due to the watery consistency of the soap in the bag.
I had to pour all of the soap in my liquid soap dispenser down and drain and likewise the remaining soap in the bag. Money down the drain, so to speak. Not impressed Dial.

What is this?
I just opened a new refill and filled one of my soap dispensers. After the cloud had settled, I have this "something" in the middle of my soap. Is this a bad batch or is it now supposed to look like this?
