Terrible product!
I bought this refill today August 25 2021 in BC. The soap doesn’t lather at all. I don’t have a hard water issue but n Metro Vancouver. Smells like an improperly proportioned, home made soap. Hand has a burning sensation after washing that feels like due to excess Sodium Hydroxide. Smells like it too. Wish I could return it and get my money back. Batch number: 17000 15557.
