Methyl Folate, formulated in an ISO and NSF sport certified facility,
supplies 1,000mcg of biologically active folate per tablet from
Metafolin (5-MTHF). This naturally occurring form of folate is commonly
found in cells and because it’s already found in the body, your body can
better absorb it. Furthermore, this formulation only contains 5-MTHF
that’s been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier for superior results.
