Okay if you have dry skin and don't mind strong old floral scents
Really surprised this gets such good reviews. I generally love vanilla, but this has a more 'old-school' floral perfumey scent than I like with a 'vanilla' product.
Moisture-wise, it definitely meets the requirement. Washing with this is soothing rather than astringent or drying; once rinsed, you will feel a residue of moisturizer that keeps skin moist rather than dry when you towel off, so there's no desperation for the lotion right out of the shower.
It doesn't lather very much, so if you like bubbles in the washing experience (they aren't actually necessary, mind you), you will miss them with this.
It gets a 2-fair (rather than 3-average, or 4-good, because my experience of washing is significantly enhanced by a nice comforting natural scent, and this is not it).

It has a creamy consistency and lathers really well. The scent is lovely and warm but not overpowering. I would definitely recommend this body wash for all seasons, but especially for use during drier winter months when your skin needs a little extra help.

It actually leaves my skin feeling nice and moisturizer after a shower too. Never thought I’d see the day! Perfect for the whole family and great value! Most similar products at this price point are not nearly as gentle or effective.

Though, this is my favorite because shea butter allows your skin to be extra moisturized. I love the smell. It doesn't come off too strong either. It smells like a baby! My fiance loves the scent as well. It compliments how my skin is so soft and smooth. Just a small amount goes a long way, but I always like to layer my skin with it. A lot of people ask how is my skin so soft and smooth. I tell them I use dove. Every time I shower and bathe, I wash my body twice. I know it's a waste, but I am an athlete, as well as an active person. My skin stays smelling good and soft for a good 2 days. I think it could last longer if you're not the type to shower every day or active every day...

I find it to be such a pain to moisturize after showering, but with the Dove body wash, I didn't have to worry about it. My body was left feeling so soft and smooth. No need to moisturize after the shower anymore. It also smells absolutely amazing. It's also super affordable. I can highly recommend this body wash.

I absolutely love this product I use it everyday as long as I have some remaining and I purchase often. I love that a little can go a long way and the aroma of the body wash. It leaves your sling feeling nice silky and soft every time. I even use it with my exfoliating gloves as well and there is no irritation at all. When I get out of the shower I still smell like the body wash and I get compliments as to how good I smell

The soap is creamy and leaves skin feeling clean and moisturized. Overall price point is reasonable, depending on where you go. I wish it would come in a bigger bottle! Soap lathers really well and works on my kids sensitive skin.

A small amount on a bath puff will last for an entire shower, although I always want to go back for more because it smells so great! Started off using the bars many years ago but have found that the body soaps are much more nourishing to the skin. The aroma is perfect and lingers which is really nice in feeling fresh.

This is one of my favourite body washes! I love its smell so much! I actually love Dove body washes, they are all so lovely! This one leaves the skin so soft and smooth, also my skin smells so lovely after shower. It makes it cleaned and hydrated. I'd recommend to anyone.
