Dexyane MeD soothing repairing cream treats, promotes the disappearance of eczema lesions and limits their reappearance. The skin is protected thanks to its bandage texture which forms a semi-occlusive film on the surface. It can be directly applied to inflammatory lesions of eczema.
Directions: Apply directly to reactive and sensitized areas. To be used alone, in combination and / or in conjunction with dermo-corticosteroids. 1 to 2 times a day. Face, body and hands Can be used on infant from 3 months. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Good (but slightly smelly)
I received this #freeproduct, which is helpful since there are so many creams on the market it's hard to know which to trust to actually help with skin conditions. I'm happy to say that this actually does help.
At the present moment I do not have any skin flare ups on my face, so I tried this on my hands, which do have a flare up. The repair cream did a good job at softening my skin and helped relieve the itchiness a fair bit.
The cream leaves a sticky feeling on skin. While I don't like that feeling for my hands it think this would be well-suited to use on the face (I think this is likely an added protection for skin).
I deducted a star because of the scent. It does wear off after a while but kind of reminds me of the scent of kids nail polish. #trywithtopbox

Only if you have extremely dry skin and/or Eczema
Would Recommend!
I was chosen to try a sample size of this cream by #topboxcircle for free. It's a fluid cream that spreads well: it's a bit sticky and shiny on the face but it moisturizes very well. It allows me to space out the cortisone cream a bit more: it doesn't replace it in case of crisis with itchy red patches but in between, it does the job very well. The composition is not great, like a lot of pharmacy creams. But good overall product for extremely dry skin and or people for have eczema. Would recommend!

Finally.. a product that works
I received this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and been using it for several days. I havw been suffering from eczema - hands very dry, red and itchy. When I received this product, part of my hand was inflamed, dry, red and very itchy. I applied the cream that night and in the morning, I saw and felt the difference. I have tried so many products and different brands and this is the only one that truly works. Thanks Topbox for this sample. Will definitely buy and recommend this product.

Must have!
I was given this #freepeoduct from #tryitwithtopbox to test out for my honest review. I am so glad I was chosen fir this trial, or I may not have known about it. I have eczema patches, and my son has it really bad over his whole body. Within one week, the red, cracked, scabby patches on his hands have healed, and my mini patches are cleared too! I will buy again as well as recommend to anyone I know that could benefit from using it!

Perfect for Babies
I received this Dexyane Med Soothing Repair Cream #freeproduct #trywithtopbox. I’ve been using this this product for almost a month now for my 6 months old baby. I had tried 3 products none of them are not working even the one that our family doctor prescription. This product is very helpful it soothes and relieves my babys skin around her eyebrows. It’s nice also that is no scent perfect for babies.

Great Relieving Product
Received this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and greatful I did. I used this for the past 4 weeks. A little goes a long way with this cream. Changed the appearance of the big dry patch on my arm and has acted like a barrier cream from the sweat that usually irritates my skin causing it to itch. Very relieving to not have to itch all the time because of this cream. Happy with the results.

So so so good
Whenever the seasons change, I get the craziest itchest lesions around my mouth. They are painful when they become wet, or when I brush my teeth and foam touches the skin around my mouth. I've been using this for about a week and already my exzema lesions have cleared. I really recommend. Worked better and faster than Vaseline or other barrier creams I've tried.

Hydrates skin
I received this sample for free from Topbox circle. My son has eczema on his shoulders, so I applied it when it was dry and red. The cream has a thick consistency when applied. It helped soothe and hydrate the skin without any irritation. It has no fragrance and is safe for babies 3 months and older. I haven't used this cream long enough to see results.

It really works!

It goes on smooth, absorbs into the skin right away and relieves itching! There isn't any fragrance to it, which is great! I find it does relieve eczema. We'll definitely continue using this!

This cream works! It has no smell and goes on nicely . I suffer from atopic dermatitis and hand/foot eczema. This cream stops the itching and soothes the skin. My skin calmed down after just 1 week and got better. I recommend this to others.

Temporary Relief of Itching
This product was decent and provided temporary relief of itching. I have tried other products that provided better results and that have reduced the appearance of dry patches on my hands. I think this product works better for those with minor eczema. I have severe eczema on my hands so I prefer something stronger.

Soothes my eczema
Received this free product from #trywithtopbox. I’ve never tried this brand before but it seems to be working on my eczema. I applied it the night before and in the morning the scabs were softer & the cracks on my skin aren’t as red. I’ve been using it for a week. It seems to work well. There’s also no scent which is a bonus.

Amazing eczema cream!
I recieved this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and I already love it ! This goes on so smooth and doesn't have a strong odor as I use it on my face . I like to add a little on in the morning and in the evening before bed. Highly recommend this cream to anyone who has dry skin or dealing with eczema !

Very good cream!
I was picked to try this product for free from #trywithtopbox #freeproduct. I have random dry patches on my face and chest. After a week of using it the spots are not as noticeable and not as dry. Love that it is fragrance free. Will definitely keep using!!

I received this product from Topbox and I do enjoy it. I apply it after I shower to soothe my dry skin and it does calm any irritations however, it doesn't last long reapplication is necessary. I also appreciate that there is minimal fragrance!

my hands are finally smiling
pricey stuff, but worth it to not have cracked/peeling/bleeding eczema hands! i have prescription ointments for eczema, but i much prefer this because it does not contain steroids, absorbs nicely, and you can feel the improvement immediately.

There is no fragrance but it still has a bit of a medical scent. It’s like a hybrid of Vaseline and lotion, very moisturizing, leaves no residue and absorbs well except for leaving slight sheen.
