Essential oils are too strong for baby
I have to be the dissenting voice here: essential oil does not belong in a product that is meant to go on a baby’s skin 6-10 times a day. I don’t care if it smells nice. I got this as a baby shower gift but I don’t use it on my son. I use it on my skin instead anytime I want a strong whiff of lavender.

cloth diaper friendly & safe for newborns
I am beyond impressed, and have looked no further for a diaper balm. My newborn, just a few days old had a diaper rash, and this balm cleared it up and did not irritate the delicate skin within a couple days. I have tried other balms, and although at first thought they were good, would actually further irritate/burn red skin, unlike this one. Trust that this is the only one you need. I buy as many as I can whenever there's a sale. A little goes a long way, and even if you put too much, there's no harm done. As mentioned it's great for many uses for the whole family, not just baby bums.

Helped with bad diaper rash
Bought this after my newborn developed a bad, bleeding diaper rash - pediatrician checked it out and said it was safe to use. Seems to have really helped with the rash! It’s been about a month, rash isn’t completely cleared up but it’s noticeably much better.
4 stars because I hate the smell (my husband likes the smell though).

My go-to baby diaper balm
I have had three kids. I have been using this product since my first baby when this brand was still called "earth baby" (I think...don't remember exactly). Back then, it was not sold in Canada, we had to ask family to bring it back from the states. Over the time, the texture and the brand have both changed. But still hands down, this is one of the best in terms of that this has all natural ingredients and no chemical at all. It works very well on my babies' skin one after another. No rash every occurred on my babies' skin when we used it.

not my favourite
This diaper cream is just okay in my opinion. I find it has a strong scent (essential oils), more than I prefer for my young baby. Also, it has some small sand like grains in the cream that are unpleasant to apply, although I believe they melt when in contact with warmth of skin but still unpleasant. I prefer the Substance diaper cream, will not purchase this one again

I used to love this product but..
My package delivered looking like someone ripped off it but the items were fine until I noticed white spot in the jar. I don’t know if the contents has been changed but it used to be not like that..

Perfect for Cloth Diapering
I keep a constant supply of this in our house. It has been our primary diaper cream for our son since he was a newborn (now 1 yr). We do occasionally encounter the odd rash that requires a medicated cream, but mostly this is the balm we use. My only complaint is about the packaging. I dont mind that the containers are so small (it makes them easy to stow on the go), but I wish they were more environmentally friendly! I feel awful thinking about the amount of plastic containers we must go through in a year!
