Great for normal to dry skin
I like using this over a serum, before bed time. My facial skin tends toward a little dry so I feel like this seals in moisture over night really nicely without being too heavy or greasy. I also like that it’s pretty natural.

Used on csection scar, so far so good
I bought this to use on a recent csection scar, hoping it would reduce the redness and appearance of the scar. So far, I really think it has made a difference! Plus, the texture of the product is great for scar massage too.

Very moisturizing
So far I have used this for dry skin, on a peeling sunburn, chapped lips, face (at night), and as a hand cream. I love the way it seems to sink in and keep me moisturized. Will be great in the winter.

I am not sure why this product has so much hype. I used it on my lips and am quite unhappy with the results, the same can be said for body.

Loved it!
It is indeed really effective, especially with cracked hands (during winter time) and as an overall moisturizer, I would say! I also use it after I shave and it works wonders for my sensitive skin!

it’s okay
I’m not a fan of this. It leaves a mask like film on my skin, but it still feels dry. It seems very hard to clean off as well.I will use it up, because it was expensive, but won’t buy this again.

Great Excema relief.
I too a gamble on this product and I am happy that I did. A couple months ago I suddenly found myself with an excema break-out due to menopausal hormone changes (I'm pretty sure) Nothing would soothe it, but then I tried Egyptian Magic and for the first time it didn't itch! This works great except the only downfall is that it is very oily on the skin, and I need to re-apply frequently, that is why I only rate it 4 stars.

I bought this for my skin issues during pregnancy. IâÂÂve heard so many people rave about this cream. I was surprised to see it had a vaseline type texture.. very oily. I didnâÂÂt find it did anything for me and I donâÂÂt like the texture at all. Not worth the money.

Magic doesn't begin to say it!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I am a diabetic and my skin is dry, dry, dry, especially my hands, arms, legs and feet. They itch and at times I've had an infection happen in my leg and heel, because of dry skin (dangerous for a diabetic). I bought the small jar first to see if I'd like it and wow!, it is perfection for me. I'm not one to use a lot of different creams, so this, with its ability to be used even for dry lips, is enough for me to praise it highly! I don't notice a particular smell, other than a sort of honey sweetness, but honestly ~ if the only thing any one has to complain about is the smell, they're not noticing the benefits. I'm a retired public health nurse and out of habit I wash my hands a lot!, so need something to keep them moisturized and this is just the ticket. Yes, it seems expensive, but if you think of it replacing every other cream you use, it's not expensive at all. I've heard of creams costing $300 for the eyes only!

I bought this cream several weeks ago and it has been one of the best skin products I have ever bought. I use it every night and my acne has went away substantially. My skin has also not had any problems with dryness, even with the cold fall weather. Thanks Well.ca for carrying this product!

Disappointing purchase
Very disappointed it is gritty and unusable. I have bought this product before and not had this problem. I am assuming as another purchaser had commented that the formula has changed. Not buying again!

Great for overnight cream

Fantastic product
I purchased this product last month after reading all the 5-star reviews posted on this site. No regrets! In fact, I now wish I had purchased more than one jar since the item is currently sold out.
Due to the CORVID-19 pandemic and all the handwashing requirements, my skin was beginning to dry out despite using L'Occitane handsoap and other good quality hand lotions. I finally picked up my order of Egyptian Magic cream from the post office and decided to give it a try, and WOW!!! Those other reviewers were not exaggerating.
Now I admit the only 2 things I have used this product for is as hand lotion and lip balm, but it's been enough to convince me. I was using hand lotions from a few different brands several times a day to combat the dry skin on my hands, and while these products are normally pretty stellar, it just didn't seem to be enough for the amount of washing my hands were being put through. I noticed an immediate difference in my hands after just one use of this Egyptian Magic cream so I decided to stop the other brands of hand lotion and just use this one product for a comparison test.
The Egyptian Magic product comes as a cream that you're supposed to rub between your palms until it turns into an oil. Then you apply it. Because of this the product does feel greasy when you apply it but don't worry. It absorbs into your skin very well so it doesn't feel gross. But because of this, I decided to only use this product only once a day; at night before going to bed. And after using it for only 4 consecutive days (or nights really) my hands look really good. They actually look better than before!
The colour & texture of my skin looks lovely. I don't have to keep reapplying hand lotion throughout the day (that was getting incredibly annoying). There's also the added bonus that my cuticles look soooooo much better, as do my nails!
You might be thinking that the price point of Egyptian Magic might be a little high for such a small container but I personally think it ends up being a good deal because of its efficacy. It works pretty quickly and you won't need to use as much. If you're sitting on the fence about it, do it for yourself and buy it. I can't wait until Well.ca restocks this size because I want to purchase some for my family members.
