Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is not "dried out" *PLEASE READ: To everyone complaining, this product is NOT dried out. You need to use water or setting spray with it. Is a brow SOAP. Just like a regular bar of soap, you need water to use it; otherwise, it's just dry and hard. Reading instructions is fundamental.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pass on this... Not sure if the one I picked up was old, but upon opening I could see that it had shrunken inside the container. It creates a sticky mess on my brows, is not soft and flexible and as another person mentioned, you need to work fast. I had high hopes for this, but there are better products around. Save this for a weekend or work from home day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I bought this because I was told it is a dupe for the anastasia one, but when I opened it it was completely dried out. The product wouldn't move or budge it was basically just hard wax in a container. Never buying again.
