Directions: 

Body Wash Concentrate: In the shower, wet hands and body. Place metal tube key provided over top of tube and roll down gently to dispense a 1 inch strip of the concentrate (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands to activate or on a konjac sponge and scrub-a-dub, working into skin for 30 seconds for maximum conditioning. Rinse well. 

Post Shower Spritz: Unlock the spray bottle by pushing the unlock button on the nozzle. Spray on damp skin immediately after showering, spreading evenly across your body. Push the lock button on the nozzle if needed to ensure no spillage.
