it shave not remove
I bought this yesterday, it's a great tool to remove extra unwanted hair.
I thought it would remove by pulling, not cutting. now it's going to get darker and heavier, I won't be using it again.

Lack of ability to change battery limits use
Worked great while it worked but when battery died, could not see how to replace battery. Given to me as a gift and cannot find any instructions online or on device. Too bad.
