Huge disappointment
I've had mine a little over a year. Very disappointed. The side pouches don't fit a water bottle and everything is an add on. If you need shoulder padding, you gave to buy them. If you want to be able to carry a bottle so that it's accessible, you have to buy an add onthat doesn't even stay put. If you want compartments inside, it's another add on. And its not ergonomic and has no hip support or chest strap to help keep it from splaying.. Caused me neck and shoulder pain. Also hard to clean and the color wears off in an unsightly way. Not worth the money. It's a box with straps. .

Great bag but not for a lifetime
My daughter’s school bag developed a whole in the bottom. The lifetime of use and repairs is not an accurate statement unfortunately. Loved the bag while it lasted though!
