The contents are accessed via a zipper at the top and there's an inside sleeve pocket with a padded base for a 13" laptop. And with the seat pad you'll find stashed in the back of the main compartment, you'll be able to sit down for a break wherever you are.

uncomfortable straps while carrying the backpack.
Not bad. Nice size for 5'5" but the straps for the backpack are too small and uncomfortable. There is no way to wear it during wearing the winter coat. I end up carrying over the shoulder.

Very light
I love this bag. It is very light to carry my laptop to work. The I just love the different options to carry it but my biggest complaint is that they don’t make it bigger. My laptop is 14 » and it just fits thought.
