Have had mine for more than a year (in Navy) and still appreciate it as much as when I first purchased. I use it daily and it has held up like new - excellent quality. Have recommended to friends & get lots of compliments. I make use of all the features - originally purchased because I liked the combo of bag size/short handles, but use the tote style handles and also convert to backpack straps all the time.
