I've avoided protein powders for a long time because they're too processed and don't agree with me, especially whey. I've tried other plant-based powders, but they didn't taste good and still upset my stomach. This protein powder changed all that! I love the taste and the ingredients, and it doesn't bother my stomach at all. It's a great supplement for sure! Mixes well too, I either mix it with just my unsweetened almond milk, or mix it into a smoothie with fruit. Its delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My holy grail protein powder. When I was diagnosed with ADHD and needed to start having a high protein breakfast with my meds, I decided to try this. I typically can't digest protein powders or shakes well without getting major digestive problems. My sensitive stomach hates whey and soy. This doesn't bother my stomach at all, I feel great when I gave it and I genuinely enjoy the flavor. I mix it with my oat milk and it's very yummy...as someone who has tried MANY other options without success, this is my new go-to.
