Great product however...
This works really well to help you make the perfect mashed potatoes and homemade gnocchi but it rusts. Now when I use it, I clean it right away while making sure its completely dry before storing it.

Good results but messy.
I like how the food is after being riced but I did not like the fact that the disk sticks each time you press it down……very messy.
