Instructions
- Unscrew top of Fridet and fill reservoir with warm water
- Mix in a few drops of witch hazel for soothing relief
- Screw cap on securely and invert the bottle with one finger covering the silver valve
- Position the bottle with the tip facing the desired direction and remove finger from valve
- Squeeze bottle gently and repeat as desired
- Unscrew top, empty contents, and insert top into reservoir for travel
- To clean: disassemble the Fridet and clean in warm soapy water

I'm so happy I got this to help aid in postpartum care. Easy to clean, refill, and use. Head is collapsible and comes with a travel bag for on the go use. Silicone bottle makes refilling and sanitation easy. I found it had better aim than the bottle they give you to use in the hospital.

The best thing since sliced bread! Couldn't do without this since having had a second degree perineal tear during childbirth. And still using it as a bidet since! Cannot go number two without it! I would gift to every expectant mom as sometimes the postpartum necessities go unnoticed.

Could not have made it through postpartum without this bottle. It holds the perfect amount of water and can actually be used in the orientation needed - game changer. Love it so much I buy it for all my pregnant friends.

Love the angled nozzel, the bottle is a little too easy to squeeze so can squirt unintentionally while filling and holding tight while ******** the nozzel/lid back on
