Not high quality, nor long-lasting
Bought this item, as well as two extra replacement heads, but didn't have a chance to get through the first head without the handle breaking! The entire plastic part separated from the wooden handle (beyond what's supposed to) and rendered the whole thing useless. The bristles clean but if you need to scrub something well, this is not the brush for that. It's more on the gentle side but also won't last more than 6 months of semi-regular use.

Great concept, but doesn't last.
We managed to make it through a couple of replacement heads before the part where the plastic and bamboo meet snapped, and now it is garbage. Unfortunately I have to buy another one because I still have two replacement heads that I don't want to throw out, but after that I will go back to using the Full Circle Be Good Dish Brush.

Sustainable and hygienic option for dishes
I don't know how I didn't buy this sooner. Now that I'm using this brush I'll never go back to sponges or cloths. It's sturdy, but it doesn't scratch dishes or cutlery. I like that you only have to replace the head. Will keep buying the replacements
