intense massage roller
I like this, it gives an intense massage and it's easy to hold and use. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I could wish the massage nubbins were a little softer, they seem a bit too pointy and sharp. I recommend using it through clothing or a blanket. But I still like it and it's very helpful. I use it on my legs and arms. I am surprised by how good it feels on my arms, actually.
